Principles

Posture

Relaxed and natural. Weight on one leg, shoulders loose, hands doing something ordinary.

Expression

Neutral or a candid smile rather than an obviously posed one. Mid-conversation works best.

Background

Attractive properties, reputable streetscapes or recognisable local settings.

Attire

Dress how you normally would for a listing presentation. If you don’t normally wear a suit, don’t wear one for this.
